With 20 years of experience in the financial industry, Yulia previously served as a senior compliance executive. At Goldman Sachs Bank (Russia), she held various leadership roles, gaining a deep understanding of corporate culture and its intricacies. As Chief of Staff, she collaborated closely with decision-makers on organizational strategy, leadership development, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Yulia oversaw several internal departments, including Internal Audit, Human Resources, and Corporate Services, and founded the Moscow Women Network to support and lead women in a male-dominated industry.
Yulia holds degrees in International Private Law and Gestalt Psychotherapy, and she is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Existential Psychotherapy and Logotherapy. Yulia is currently completing her coaching training at Gestalt International Study Center.
